The Third Jesus: The Christ We Cannot Ignore, by Deepak Chopra, 2008. Chopra points out powerful statements that Jesus used, what they mean and how this differs from what most mainline Christians focus on.  The book includes various bible quotes, interpretations and some comparisons to other world thought/religions.  He really brings out how Jesus modeled life – and readers will love how close the ideas are to New Thought and Christian Science. The book basically talks about the Christ – which Chopra calls the “third Jesus.”
